About This Property
The Big Lebearski is a modern Killington home located just off the main road and close to everything. While you relax at our home after a day on the slopes, you can catch a movie on one of our smart TVs, relax in the outdoor hot tub, enjoy a drink by the cool motorcycle bar, shoot hoops in the game room or sit by the wood burning fire. This home is perfect for groups and families with lots of room to spread out and enjoy all that Killington has to offer.
You’ll have exclusive access to the entire private home. You’ll walk into the renovated mud room, with plenty of room to store your gear. Head up a few stairs main living room with open kitchen. On the main floor, there is one King bedroom with an en suite half bathroom on the main floor. Also, there is a full bathroom with shower with access from the hallway and an addition bedroom with a queen size bed. Downstairs is a game room with a basketball shooting game, a TV with Nintendo for gaming, a cool bar made out of a motorcycle, laundry and two bedrooms and one full bath. One bedroom has a double and a twin, the other bedroom has a queen size bed. There is a back deck with views to the forest and a new hot tub ready to help you relax and enjoy! The house has high-speed wireless Internet, smart TVs with streaming TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, washer/dryer, and yard. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, stove, fridge, cookware, coffee maker, dinnerware, utensils and more.

- Please be sure that you have entered the correct number of guests.
- The hot tub is included for the peak ski season weekends (late-December to mid-March). For other periods, there is an optional $195 set up fee. You understand that use of the hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub, and hold owner and property manager harmless.
- We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this home.
- We will provide you with door codes for our smart lock to come and go as you please and for contactless check in and out. No one will meet you at the property.
- Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke outdoors. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm – 8am. We use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.

- For your safety and ours, we have outdoor cameras at the upper entryway, side deck, driveway and lower entryway. There are no cameras in any of the living areas.

A perfect location in a beautiful, quiet, natural area.
Dan & Holly are the amazing! So nice, cooperative and helpful. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and all the other house facilities. It’s super clean, comfortable and beautiful.

When we were leaving, the cleaners arrived. We were carrying my mom (in a wheelchair) down the stairs. One of them came running out to help and told us she used to be an LNA. Had a great chat with both girls- they were so kind and so genuine. They obviously take pride in their work and spoke highly of the owners.
