About This Property
Welcome to Bear-varia! A Bavarian themed chalet in the heart of Killington. Close to everything with a great location off the access road by the market. Perfect for friends and families with plenty of space to spread out. Inside there’s a fireplace, TV with Roku and fast fiber internet. Also a separate area for gaming and hanging out with a second TV with Nintendo, a PacMan arcade game and plenty of board games to make memories and connect. Outside, there is a large yard and outdoor dining.
A spacious chalet, tucked into the woods in the middle of Killington. You will have the larger of two houses on the property, sitting on 3.1 acres of private land. This chalet is great for a large family or friends get-together for skiing, downhill mountain biking, Spartan racing, summer hiking, of leaf-peeping. There are two rooms on the upper level: one with 2 single beds, and one with a single, a double, and a queen. There are two rooms on the main level: a queen, and a king.

Our stay was absolutely lovely. Dan and Holly were readily available for any questions or issues that came up. Bearvaria was exactly as advertised - complete with very appreciated welcome gifts and suggestions of things to do and places to go. If you’re looking for a place to kick back and enjoy the Killington area, Bearvaria is the place to be!

Beautiful house and amazing communication with Dan & holly. They were so kind. The house was so clean and the hot tub was AMAZING!! We had a great weekend! Would definitely recommend and most definitely return!

what can I say...this was absolutely one of the best airbnbs in Vermont! look no further and book this place ASAP! not only is this place local to all lakes and attractions but Dan and Holly were the best hosts ever! the house is spacious and very clean and has all the amenities you need but the hot tub was splendid after a long day of hiking and swimming. moreover, the SHEETS and COMFORTERS were hotel grade!! we slept so well! all I can say is do not hesitate to book this airbnb! you will not regret it!

It was great stay. House was very clean n organized. We had 2 night stay n very 2nd morning spotted bear in our yard, house was very close to killington adventure resort. We loved the place

We had a wonderful stay at BearVaria--complete with a backyard visit from a bear while we were relaxing indoors! Dan and Holly are excellent hosts and the space was very comfortable for two families. We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard, patio, hot tub, and fire pit. The mattresses are firm, the kitchen is large, the couches are inviting, and you can't help but be charmed by the space. We highly recommend it!

What a perfect house for our trip! The location is great, the house is cozy with lots of space. Communication with Dan and Holly was great as well. They sent a message beforehand of there recommendations which was very helpful. Thank you for letting us stay! We would definitely book this house again!
