This is our 2nd year at Royal Bear and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The house is very comfortable and well laid out.
Dan, Holly and their staff are very responsive to any need.
We will most assuredly return.

Amazing ski house.
Our stay at RoyalBear was amazing. We were a group of 7. Place was very clean, and comfortable. We've stayed at many places in Killington, this by far was the best. Large hot tub was awsome. I was getting many pats on the back from my friends for booking awsome ski house. Close to mountain, and restaurants. I would highly recommend this house, and will be coming back.

Amazing As Always!!
This is the second time staying at the royal bear and yet again this place did not disappoint. I absolutely love how spacious and homey the house is and the location, you can not beat. Holly and Dan were super attentive when we had a snow storm and needed to leave to ski in the morning. Before we even could ask where the shovels were there was a crew that was outside shoveling and plowing the driveway so we could get to the ski mountain early. I will definitely be renting again next year!
